Educational Services The DC Community Services Agency in partnership with  the DC Public Schools provides mental health services to children who experience behavioral, emotional, and academic problems in a regular school setting. The Jackie Robinson School of Excellence serves 60 children in the 6 to 12 age group. The school offers individual, group and/or family psychotherapy or art therapy, play therapy, speech therapy, and recreational therapy.
